This has worked for me...
I have to admit right off the bat, that I've never had terribly dark circles under my eyes, but once I reached my twenties, they became a bit too dark for my liking. I'm not sure how severe yours are, but what worked for me was using Arbonne's anti-aging line. I'm telling you, this stuff is wonderful. My skin is so much lighter under my eyes and my skin tone overall has evened out very nicely.
This is due to the many beneficial ingredients contained in the anti-aging line such as kojic acid, which is known for aiding in cases of skin discoloration. They also offer a 45-day money-back guarantee, so if it you aren't satisfied, you can always send the products back.
If you have any other questions about it, I'd be more than happy to help you out. I have to let you know that I am an Arbonne consultant, but that's only because I know I can stand behind their products.

Take care, and best of luck!
Website in help for dark circles
In my own personal reseach about how to counteract dark eyes circles is the importance of Vitamin K in maintaining healthy circulation, since the blue color you see is just blood circulating poorly in the skin under your eyes. There are these vitmain made by Jan Marini (she makes a lot of good topical products too) that are formulated with extra vitamin k to correct any circulation problems. I strongly suggest that if nothing has worked so far, an oral supplemtent is a good choice.
I wasn't born with it. But now I have it
I didn't have dark circles under the eyes before. I've only had them since we moved into this house early-2002... Maybe something in this house or around this place is present and I might be allergic to it. It could be pollens, wood, grass, pollution, etc. I don't know. People always notice those under eye circles. And it pisses me off.
Or maybe it's my diet... I think it's the allergy because I've tried IPL treatments and they never worked so that means it's not a hyperpigmentation problem.
Just my advice: Don't apply bleaching creams (I've tried them too, but they did not show any favorable results) especially when you get exposed to heat and sun rays. It'll only make your dark circles darker.
Thanks... Just sharing my observations.
