Can I transfer to the U.K. England from the U.S.A while I have a felon? Im doing very well and never gotten in trouble over 5 yrs now that I've been on. And can I obtain a passport, even if they deny me entry while all is taken care of and cleared at court, will I still be granted a passport before that?

That would be a question for Home Land Security. Or Immigration. Perhaps if you went to the web sites of these government departments you can get that answered.
I do know that there have been convicted individuals who have moved to England from here, who were convicted of crimes.

If you are citizen of UK and doing time in US jail, you're likely to be deported after you do one third of the term.
