I need help with a thesis statement for my english II research paper on lord of the flies anyone have any ideas?

What area do you want to write about or what interest you in the movie?

OOOOOh I really hated that book! However, there are several thesis ideas in there. The one I used was about man's on-going quest for evolution and civilization. Is it learned behaviour or is it instinct. Another common thesis would be about dominance and pack mentality.
