My question is she legally required to give me some time to leave or a eviction notice an can she legally throw my stuff out?? Please help

First ANY question on law needs to include your general area as laws vary by area.

You've been there only three weeks? Why does she want you out? Have you tried asking her for more time to find another place?

    AK lawyer
    LL/tenant statute in Nevada.

FED statute in Nevada (starting with 42.15).

It looks like she has to give you a 7-day notice, and then can file with the court to get you evicted. If you are 60 or over, or disabled, you can ask the court for more time.

See that's why location is important. Knowing your location enabled us to pinpoint the law involved.
