There is a lump on my right penis shaft when I am erect
Hi.. this problem only occurs when I am having an erection. The upper part of the right shaft swells and hardens and it makes my penis looks out of shape.. help please? I read that it might be peyronie's but I don't feel anything when it is flacid. There are no hard buildups on my flacid penis. When this problem begun veins started to become more pronounced and swollen too.

You need to be seen by a urologist.

That I wanted to do but it costs a leg and arm to get an appointment with an urologist here.. that's why I thought I should come here and get some head ups on what's going on before talking to my parents about it. I'm 16 by the way..

The corpus cavernosum is the tissue in the penis that fills with blood when it is erect. This cavernous tissue can get "pinches" from tissue damage and is often visible as a non symmetrical erection/ or can be as severe as a marked deviation or bend in the erection. It can be corrected, but only by a urologist.
