I have slight cramps like I'm about to start my period but I already had my period for this month plus on top of everything I have stomach pains to where I don't feel like eating anything. Can I be pregnant.

Maybe... was your last period normal for you? Same number of days? Same amount of flow? Arrived when expected?

Some women will experience some cramping during ovulation, but usually only for a day or two.

Might also be that you are slightly ill.
