Installed new valve, but burner still won't light.
I have an older Intertherm furnace. Installed new valve, but burner still won't light. I have 24 volts going to the natural gas valve. Pilot light is still on. Tried bypassing the thermostat, still won't kick in.

Could be there was nothing wrong with the old valve you replaced ,with a multi meter you need to check for power to the unit itself,to the transformer,if all has power then check for power at the connection that hooks to the gas valve
