    Check the sections near the bottom of the table of contents: Rights and Duties of Landlord, and Rights of Tenants.

    I'm not sure if it will answer your question, but it should be a decent start. Also, browse the document to look for the name of the Laws or Documents that explain how a Tenant may be removed.
