I filed my claim June 23, 2010 it is now September 17, 2010 and I still don't have a answer on my claim. I have gone to the local office and call the nashville office but no one can tell me why my claim is still pending. Mean while I am being evicted and my car payment bounced. I can't get a lone because I don't have a job. Is there anyway to file a complaint?

Was it denied and have you had to appeal ? Have you filed a complaint and asked to see a supervisor.
