We replaced our shower head, because it was leaking water. After replacing the shower head, the new one does not work. We have placed the new shower head in vinegar for a day. But, nothing happened. It still does not work. HELP! :confused:

Have you turned the shower on without the shower head? Any water now? Regards, Tom

No, unfortuantely no water comes out when the shower head is off. We don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions??

Shut the water off and open up the shower valve. Check and clean the inlet ports on the cartridge. NJow turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. You should have a strong stream coming out of the open valve when you do. Good luck, Tom
