    This is old news but I have the Model THM501
    In the Fall, I would have to swap the wires to get the furnace running. In the Spring, switch them back. What's up with that?

    The wires to what? Which wires are you swapping?

    Isn't your thermostat wired correctly?

    It really depends on what wires your swapping and how your furnace is running.

    As asked before, not knowing what wires you are talking about, just a guess, do you have a jumper from rh to rc? This sends 24 volt power to either the heat mode or the cooling mode, which ever setting you are wanting
