I remember when I was young watching this movie, maybe from the 80's. It about this man/teen I think worked in a lab steal a "man mad creature or alien" that looked very similar to a odd looking small child, like a toddler. One of the scenes I remember was them hiding in the bathroom and the small creature was playing with the toilet paper and the man/teen laughed and said, you probably never seen that before.
