    What happens if a farther on childsupport gives up his rights
    My sons farther is behind on his childsupport an can't get his drivers liences so he wasn't to give up his rights so he don't have to pay so I want to know what will happen if he signs over his rights

    He can't sign over his rights, unless of course you are remarried and want new husband to adopt.

    So laugh at him when he talks about signing over his rights, If it was that easy men would not be sitting in jail for not paying.
