Can anyone please tell me the name of a family comedy movie, (probably made) in the past 20 years about a young female alien that came to earth and took the human form of a school girl. Going to school (on a bike I believe) she took a ridiculous spill that won her many friends. As I recall at times she has to hydrate herself in water such that she distorts her human form. Later, her alien father (who as I recall is on the lam from his planet) comes to earth, takes on human form and doesn't want to leave earth.
