Debt collections agency sued me but they did not disclosed the amount of money I supposely owe. I asked in writing for a debt validation but they ignored my requests. Is this lawsuit valid? I only got the summons, not many details.
Why the judge set a date for Case management conference if the debt has not been validated ? Is this legal?
