I am being sued by a junk debt buyer. I thought I answered the petition when I sent in the verified denial. But, some one told me I had to answer the petitions admit or deny questions on the citation. So I need to request a discovery hearing so I can request time to answer the questions correctly. Can you help me?

Where? What State? What Court? Small Claims? What dates are involved - when were you served, when did you respond?

Is it out of Statute (back to what State)?
