I am looking for a movie I saw as a kid. It involved a man who,I believe ,was cryogenically frozen underground. He was awakened centuries later in a society split into two different classes. The lower class were slaves who,I think, lived undergeround. The upperclass had two navels, and used control rods to inflict pain or pleasure on the slaves. The queen of the upperclass tried to seduce the man from the past, but he was in love with a woman from the lower class (no. this is not buck rogers). There was a scene where the queen promised a "full setting of pleasure" from the rods to anyone who captured the man. In the end, the slaves revolted and used the rods on the upperclass.
