    Typically a neutral is a current carrying conductor, any open or broken neutral is as dangerous as a live conductor.

    You could be right Stan. Grounding a positive terminal and a neutral thou?

    Who knows.

    Some of these questions are scary.

    I sure wish these people asking questions would use more words.
