First what agency was investigating, and have criminal charges been filed.

But you hire an attorney to keep from being railroaded.

Also while I am sure there was nothing going on, many of us who work daily with disabled have a hard task. I am obligated to report any possible abuse or lack of proper care if I am in a home. ** I am in many homes each week. Where is the line, a person sitting in body wastes with signs of body wastes all over the chair. Dishes pilled up on all the counters and sinks, Signs that they may be on the start of being hoarders ? Roaches everyone in the home ?

The one which chickens ( live) roosting in the kitchen was not a hard one to make the call on.

One of my JR workers felt one we were at last week should have been called, but honestly they were just like most welfare disabled living in Atlanta government housing, But had he wanted he could have made the call.

So if there are possible issues, a person should call. An investigation should prove nothing, if nothing was happening.
