    Toilet bowl not filling
The little tube. The valve at the wall where the hose connects to the toilet is open and there is not a kink in it. How do I fix that.

I think catss just described the supply tube to the tank. If the valve is open at the wall there should be water pressure supplied to the tank's fill valve. Raise and lower the float, if no water enters the tank when the float is lowered then the valve is clogged or your shut of isn't opening for you. Close the shut off disconnect the supplu tibe right uder the tank and move the tube slightly to the side. Wrap a towel around the disconnected tube and slightly open they valve, keep opening until you get a go flow and the shut down. Come back and tell us what you found.
