My 01 tacoma burn 120 amp alt fuse because the battery was dead I replece the fuse and then it turns like it wants to start but it don't.I change the battery terminals ant still the same.

What do you mean, "I changed the battery terminals......"
Was the battery hooked up with the correct polarity or not?
If you've accidentally gotten them backwards, even for a moment, there is most likely permanent damage to the PCM.

When the 120A goes, others burn with it. Check every fuse under the hood and interior with a test light or multimeter.
The ECM is protected, but only to an extent. Cross jumped the battery terminals didn't you?
