What is your question? You are receiving SSD benefits, and your child is also... correct? Are you saying that the SSD benefits your child receives should be considered "child support"?

Were you in arrears prior to receiving SSD benefits? The arrears will not be gone until they are paid - if you go from working a full-time job to receiving SSD doesn't mean the courts will waive your arrearages.
