Debit Accounts Receivable for the amount
Credit Service Renue for the amount

How to write in journal entry of revenue from medical services on cash basis 89600?

I found this old 50 dollar bill from 1864. Does anyone know how much it is worth, or even if it is worthless?

On cash basis accounting there will not be a journal entry until cash is received.

The journal entry will be:
Debit Cash for the amount of cash received
Credit a Revenue account for the amount received
