I understand why she wanted a break, she told me its so hard to talk to me because she just misses me too much and it hurts to hear my voice and to know I can't be there with her. She's also very stressed with family issues and needed time to try and figure things out. She told me she loved me still and still wanted to make it work in the future. That was yesterday and today she called me and said she's done with this and she met a new guy and she wants to move on. She couldn't talk a lot when she told me and she told me to call her back tomorrow so she can explain more. I really want this girl back so I'm wondering if I should or should not call her tomorrow. Its hard because if I do call, everything will be normal and all but if I don't she might feel like why didn't he call me and maybe start to miss me. Please help I really love and miss her thank you.

Long distance romances are difficult. I know very well, having been in one (1800 miles!) for 18 months. You are at a big disadvantage if he is close by, and at a time when she is stressed and having family problems. Since you haven't had a chance to talk, if it were me I would call but with the mindset that she's probably going to tell you why she is moving on. Don't get your hopes up. Spend some time before the call reading about No Contact, and let her know that is what you are going to do... and then move on yourself. Don't let her yoyo back and forth or play games with you.

Don't call!! What else is there to talk about? She made her decision. The only way she will ever doubt if she made a mistake is if you don't talk to her..

If she called and said that she is done and has another man in her life, that is pretty much saying it all. Then for a parting shot, she actually tells you to call her so she can explain how she doesn't want you, and how she wants this other guy. Well, Yippy aren't you glad that she has put herself out there for you!! HELLO---even a surgeon will knock you out before they do heart surgery, she doesn't give care enough to even give you that. If she is having that many emotional problems with family,blah,blah,blah, then maybe you need to stop being her kicking stone and buck up and get a life. I am going to believe that you have to be getting sick and just getting crumbs of affection, wouldn't you like more? There is some lady out there wanting a man that she can give he all to, what are you waiting for!!

As I began reading the first few lines of your post I thought to myself that she was setting you up for something. A nice way of letting you down was my initial thought. However, she proved me wrong, right about letting you down, wrong about being nice.

As Stringer mentioned above, you really think this has not been going on for some time now? She has been lying to you and possibly cheating on you as well! All you can respond with is that you love her and should you call her? Oh right, silly me, the explanation she has to give you. Oh that will make it all better and will probably be designed to make it look like this was all your fault and porr her she had no choice. Out of love of course.

Anyway, I digress, this girl is not worth hearing out. No explanation justifies hurting people and being unfaithful, none. You'd be a fool to entertain her more than you have already done.

You are really in denial. This woman has not been honest with you, or you just haven't listened. Either way, it is over. She would rather be with someone else, and for your own good, you need to face that. Life can be really cruel sometimes, but you have to start caring about yourself. Even if you got her back, it would be temporary. So stop torturing yourself, and find another, someone that will care as much about you as you do to her. You sound like a great guy, and you deserve a great girl.. She is not it I'm afraid.

Let the new guy worry about it and let her keep her explainations as it obvious she is not the long distance type at all.
