    Depends on the offence and judgement/probation requirements.

    If it is public of course anyone can go to it anytime they want.
    Next they don't have to have a warrant to search you or your home, I would bet ( but don't have any case law on it) that your posting on Facebook would be open and included in their rights to search.

    Of course they do. It's public. If you have stuff you don't want your PO to see, posting it ANYWHERE on the internet ain't a good idea - certainly NOT of Facebook.

    Of course they have a right to view your profile.

    What they can't do is demand that Facebook hands over the data-store--internal user information, and it is ginornous--it collected on you, not without an order from the court.
