Hello,

Could anyone answer or give a reference to a resource answering these questions?

What in general is the last possible date to take SAT for application to colleges starting in the Fall 2012? Would it be somewhere in the Fall 2011 or Spring 2012?

Is it a good idea to take multiple SAT tests for practice or not? Or all earlier and lower test scores would have to be reported?

I would appreciate any suggestion on this. Thanks, H.

It's a great idea. Most people take the SATs twice, sometimes more. Only the two highest scores from math and verbal are sent to the college you are applying to.

SATs exams were about $200 a test when I took them six years ago. And no doubt in my mind they went up since then. So, keep that in mind.
