I have moved out of my moms and now my kids are staying with her. I don't want her to get custody of my kids, I want to have custody where no one can take the girls without me knowing.

Where is the father? By default you have custody unless there is a court order saying otherwise. Before such an order is issued you would need to be contacted.

Why did you move out without the children? Clearly there is a lot more to this story then you are telling us. Without details its hard to help.
