    Did you create a recovery disk? Is there a Recovery choice when you boot?

    I do not have a recovery disk and no choice on recovery

    What brand/model computer? What choices do you have on boot? Do you have a small D partition?

    Its an E-machine, it says f10 for boot menu on start up.

    I asked for make AND model. I also asked about a D partition.
