Hello!

I am searching for a movie that I saw when I was younger.

I can’t remember the title, actors and actresses names.
The movie was made sometime during 1960-1985.
The environment in the movie is like road warrior with Mel Gibson.
The hero has a sister that is caught by scavengers and on their way back to camp they tie her naked on a car hood.
The hero gets some help from a girl with an eagle and an army that in the end the scavengers set a trap for. The sister dies when she tries to warn them.
The scavengers boss tries to run in his car and goes down to a gorge. The hero takes his sisters car and runs it of the cliff and kills him.

Mad Max Beyond Thunder dome I believe there where two or possibly 3 then again maybe just one mad max movies the one I distinctly remember had Tina Turner in it. They were entertaining You may want to find A Boy and His Dog with I think Don Johnson it is along the same lines as Mad Max a little slow but still interesting
