I've had my mirena for almost 2 years I've always had a regular period while having it and now all of a sudden I missed I've taking 3 test already all negative results but still no period but my breast are sensitive and I feel hungry and always tired can my mirena be giving me a negative result

Because there are serious problems with getting pregnant while using Mirena (or other IUDs), you should see your doctor and get confirmation or find out what is causing your symptoms if you aren't.

Wise to rule out a possible pregnancy with a blood test at the doctor's, but it is not uncommon to have periods become irregular and sometimes stop altogether while on the Mirena. The hormones released will not cause a negative on a pregnancy test however.
