Can I become a nurse with a sexual solicitation conviction?
I was convicted oif sexual solicitiation this past year and charged with the same crime but convicted only of disorderly conduct on another.

I have two convictions now: one for sexual solicitation and one for disorderly conduct. Can I still become an RN?> and will I be able to get my license if I do get into the program?

Germany seems to have no problem with Prostitutes becoming nusrses, in fact they recruited them from the Brothels, but that may not be true everyplace. It helps to know where you are from as not all places are the same.

If you get accepted into a nursing program, you could very well not make it past licensure by your respective state. But, since I don't know where you live, if you live in the US or outside the US, the laws will vary.

The following Nurse Practice Acts website shows links to states - you can find your state and read their regulations. If you cannot find your state, contact your state's Nursing Board.

It depends what country you live in; however, I highly doubt you will be accepted onto the course no matter where you live.
