I'm 20 yrs old and currenty not sexually active because I am going to war, but I have masturbated a decent amount lately, but stopped recently because I noticed a skin colored lump on the base of my penis that is on the underside, its not attached to the penis and when I squeeze it nothing comes out.. Its not very painful, but when I do feel it or squeeze it is a little more sensitive. It doenst affect me when I urinated or when I get hard, though it is slightly sensitive if I don't use any type of lubrication when I masturbate. I have had it for about a week and a half now. Kind of worried because my girlfriend is coming to see me in about a month and a half and am wondering if it will affect me or her. I have only been with her and she has only been with one other guy and she has been tested on a regular basis and has no disease or STD or any other sort of thing for that matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
