What are you trying to ask.
You use an open flame in a bedroom and have a fire, but its not your fault?
I am saying i bought a wax candle, an when i lit it, it exploaded which made 3 fires in the bedroom so all the contents off the bedroom were burnt, plus me an my son were hospitalised from the smoke, i was wondering if i could make a claim against the people who made the candle.

The rule of thumb is you can sue anybody for almost anything. However, the burden of proof is on you to show the candle was defective. Probably best to contact an attorney who specializes in product liabilty cases.
