Can the father get child support case transferred from state to state

Depends on the situation. Where does the child reside? Also did both parties move away from the home state where the child support order was filed?

No I live in Georgia and they live in Michigan

Generally the case remains in the jurisdiction of the court that issued the order unless both parents have moved out of the jurisdiction. In that case, it usually goes where the child lives.
