Hi Wildthang,
You piggybacked on a year old thread so I gave you your own.
FIRST OFF LOSE THE CAPS!! We don't yell at each other on The Plumbing Page.
In replacing your faucets you've disturbed minerals built up on the pipe walls and they are now clogging your valves.
Shut the water off to the hot valve and remove the faucet. Now hold a large pan over the open pipe and turn the water back on for a minute to flush out the supply. Now check the seat on the faucet to be sure that it's clear and clean out any trash if it isn't.
Reassemble and test. Better flow form the hot side? Tell me if it isn't.
Now do the same thing with the cold side. Good luck, Tom
