I was in a wreck 2 days ago and the guy gave us false information. He gave me his name, his number(which is disconnected) and his insurance policy number which is 18891310060 Does anyone know what insurance company this could be?

Assuming it was all fake, it is most likely a fake number also.

There is no way at all, to tell a company from the policy number.
