1 week ago I noticed a bump on my penis. I pinched it and it kind of popped. There is a red spot that I think is now just skin. It is down on the shaft of my penis. If I squeeze it this ***** liquid comes out even though the bump is pretty much flat now, any one know what this is?

It could be an ingrown hair. But, that's just a guess and I'm not a doctor, but I'm a guy who's also had my share of bumps "down there". However, how would anyone on this site really know what it is? Even if someone was a doctor here who was answering questions, for them to be giving any kind of diagnosis would be a highly unethical and potentially dangerous thing for them to do without physically examining someone.

If it continues to go down and then go away, probably nothing to worry about. Just please stop messing with it. Doing that, especially if your hands might not be the cleanest that they could be, could cause it to become infected. Plus, just messing with it can cause the skin to react like it's been irritated.

If it grows any more, then please see a physician who can visit with you and examine you in person.
