You need to get to the ER as soon as possible. This could be a miscarriage or a possible threatened miscarriage.

It needs to be diagnosed and treated promptly.

Thank-you. I am hesitant to go to the energency because I know there are no us techs working Sunday and I am resting and feeling OK and don't know what they could do for me in the emerg. Are there treatments that could be done without seeing an us to determine whether I am miscarrying or not? Thanks again

Even though there are no US techs working, they are on call and will be called in if the doctor deems it necessary. There is no other way to know if you have miscarried other than go to the hospital and they will check for fetal heart tones using an US.

I would go and get that checked out you never know if it could have been a miscarriage or if something else is wrong
