I have a few questions
I have a fairly large lump on the backside of my thigh. You can instantly tell the difference between thighs. The lump is about 5"/3", but is not hard to the touch, it's almost like its swollen, but has been like this for at least two months.
I've also recently become extremely allergic to milk, and the slightest bit will upset my bowls, also I've been having random bouts of extreme gas problems.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the lump was? Could it just be a huuuge lipoma? Or do you think these things are related?

I think you should go to the doctor. Any lump which does not go away quickly should be checked, and I'd also ask about the milk. It's very unusual to develop a full scale allergy at this stage to a food you've been eating for years. There may be another factor involved.
