My son is 12 weeks old. His father/my boyfriend is in prison and his parents want to see my son. The problem is, we do not have a good relationship. His parents dislike me and his father is actually doubting that my son is my boyfriend child. They have treated me horribly since I can remember. They are very possessive and controlling over their son, my boyfriend. What kind of rights would they get if they, as my sons grandparents, were to take me to court for visitation? I breast feed and sometimes give my son formula.

Since father can not visit, they could get a time equal to what time the father could get if he wsa present.

Father being in jail is not covered by the law, merely being away.
