I have known the child from birth.. she just wanted to test me and another guy , I was told from the beginning that the girl was mine anyway I am going to court oct 7 to work out visitation... my daughter is special needs so I have had to learn her spacific care instructions, as for the mother wanting the girl to take my last name I'm sure she will not be cool with it , I'm not wanting to fight her on it I would just like for my daughter to have my name , my question is will a judge allow that for me or is it another one of those things that only the mother can decide,, I have other children so I understand fathers have limited rights regardless to what we would like to believe.
