Flower names for a new kitten
We have three cats called Poppy, Daisy and Lily. We are getting a new girl kitten in the next month and decided to carry along the flower name pattern. However my mum and I can't think of a suitable flower name for a kitten.
We thought of Bluebell or Petal, any one ideas?

I just happen to have a book called Cat Names and has lots of categories of stuff. This list is called from the garden:

Hydrangea, Gladiola, Scabiosa, Snapdragon, Jonquil, Daffodil, Poppy, Pansy, Petunia, Jasmine, Sweet Pea, Iris, Lily, Dandelion, Honeysuckle, Marigold, Hyacinth, Lilac, Magnolia, Columbine, Cuckoo-bud, Primrose, Gillyvor, Peony, Daisy, Morning Glory, Dusty Miller, Pickerel, Arathusa, Ladybell, Foxfire, Sapodilla, Japonica, Caliopsis, Milkweed, Dogbane, Butterwort, Buttercup, Rose, Lotus, Baby's-breath, Larkspur, Mariposa, Oleander, Chrysanthemum

Sorry for duplicates already mentioned, but it was too hard to type that and try to check them at the same time, so I just typed.

Probably a short two-syllable would mesh with the current names well.

I'm a little partial to the Larkspur myself.

Yes, some of them are gross.

And there wasn't exactly any "research" involved. The book is sitting about 10 feet away on the book shelf in my office. :D

We librarians have learned not to reveal our secrets in how we know things. Then, the populace at large thinks we are very, very smart.
