I Just started my period the other day and right now my period is suppose to really heavy well its not. Its really light and its like a bright red almost orange color!! What could that mean?

Im 20... and my cycles are 7 days and it only lasted 4 days!

My question is I just got my period yesterday and I usually start light then few hours its heavy but since yesterday I haven't been gotten heavy Or just when I go to bathroom to pee I spot that's it.I wear a pad and nothing on it just when I go restroom.
