What is grandparents visiting times in Indiana?
Why do you ask this question? Visiting time for grandparents, unless there is a problem, is any time they want.
I am trying to get visitation rights, I was getting one weekend a month, now it 4 hours on one Saturday
And yet--you still get to see your grandchild.
If you do not like the amount of time you see your grandchild, then you need to get a lawyer and go to court and have the visitation order modified.
However--if you do not HAVE a visitation order, then your ex-son-in-law is letting you see the child out of the goodness of his heart. He doesn't HAVE to do so.
Where is your daughter in all of this? Does she not bring the child around when she has her visitations?
I think we need more information.
Know your rights and apply them. If you had 1 weekend a month why did it change?

I guess I would ask why you don't get to visit when your child has their visit times.
