My 7 week old kitten has puss(blood stained)coming from I think her vagina. What should I do and is this life threatening.

I am not sure what this is. You could try going on webmd for pets [I think it is for cats and dogs] to try to get a better understanding of what it is. You should consult your vet! They are the only ones that can really help her! Good luck!

I'm going to go out on a limb here...

Kitten is having hormonal fluctuations since the birth. Just like human babies their hormones change after delivery and can cause some "spotting" or what resembles a slight period. This only happens to the females.

How long has this been going on? Is the kitten eating and drinking like normal? Is she showing any signs of being ill other than the bleeding and pus. Are you sure it's pus?

The only real way to know what's going on is to see your vet.
