    Bought a new fuel pump and changed all the fuses and relays possiable pump not working

    Is it getting any power? As did you actually confirm it with a DVM?

    Test for power through each under hood and under dash fuse, by using a test light or multimeter:

    Be very thorough, since it will save a lot of time and money.

    Other possibilities are a bad ignition switch (check for wear, pitting, or melting) and a poor main ECM ground.
