I'm an american, but have been convicted of 1st and 3rd class felonies (non violent) for selling excasy and pot. Done my time and am in germany trying to get a visa so I can stay here with my girlfreind. What you guys think?

It appears that the decision is made on a case-by-case study. Your occupation and ability to earn a living are also considered.

I would suggest that you read the AMHD rules - what I posted was NOT factually incorrect. Would you prefer that I make something up rather than explain how Germany handles applications from felons?
