Does anyone know of any square or oval shaped conduit or race that video, cable and speaker wires could be run through. Since this is an exterior wall it will be insulated so just running loose wires is not possible. I'd like to have some kind of conduit in the wall that will allow the wires to be easily run from the bottom of the wall up behind the wall mounted TV. The funky shape of some of the video connectors make using standard conduit impossible. I've already wired for a recessed power outlet but still need a solution for the low voltage stuff.

You could just run as large a conduit, 3 or 4 inch round, that would fit in the wall.

If you are looking for flexible conduit, there is "smurf" tube. It's a blue colored flexible tubing, resembling a small corrugated pipe. Do a search for "smurf tube" and you will find a ton of info.
