If you're old enough to want to be adopted chances are you are too old to be adopted, perhaps foster care but may be not adoption. Or is there a family that wants to take you in their home?

Wait... why do you want to be adopted? Where are you from USA/CANADA/UK? Adoption laws are different everywhere (I assume so).

Am living alone now after the death of my parent and can't pay my school fee now in college, that is why I want to be adopted and have a parental care from the people who will adopt me. Thanks

I don't know how it works in Ghana, but in the United States, at 22 you are an adult, and you get a job to pay your school fees.

I don't know anyone that would adopt an adult and add another adult's expenses to their own--and a stranger at that! What in the world would be in it for them?

I think you should look at other options than adoption.
