    Pregnant on purpose
If a woman picked up a man for the sole purpose of getting pregnant are there any legal issues if the man finds out in the future other than visitation for the father?

    Child support.

But why didn't the man protect himself by wearing a condom?

Yeah... every issue if they were boyfriend and girlfriend when it happened.

Unfortunately there ARE women like that out there (I've known a few), they pick a sucker that looks like he has money (usually a little socially awkward too)... get him into bed.. (not hard, guys can be simpletons) a few lies and if she's lucky, gets knocked up and the gravy train starts. And the poor sucker doesn't know what hit him.

Can the man seek money for "damages" or pain and suffering?
What about criminal charges against the woman?

Nope. No one forced the man to have sex. So there are no damages. As for criminal charges, can you prove that her only reason to have sex with you was to get pregnant?
